Dr Frank Granito asked the speakers "For context, could you set a definition of agility and resilience."
Rick Diana loved a point made by Geeta: โJust because we can, doesnโt mean we should.โ
Michael Kubik added "Resilience starts from the beginning - how you organize, how you build your infrastructure, what you expect from your people."
Rameshwar Balanagu raised the point "Agility is actually creating lot of tech debt in cloud. Too many deprecated architectures are opening vulnerabilities. Serverless architecture is and will become a big problem."
Eric Herrera offered this piece of advice "Find a mentor if you need help to navigate. Can't lead ourselves and or others without a compass or north star. To Geeta's point, we don't have all the answers on our own."
Tony Clark asked "Does your culture and overall architecture promote or detract from being opportunistic and being able to "pivot"? What level of agility is right-sized and how do you grade your enterprise along with executive stakeholders?" If you want to hear the answer to Tony's question, you will need to watch the video.
