Jordana Yellin added some history โMichael, I had the honor of working with Mrs. Lauder and the Global Comms team as an exec intern (decades ago!) and my focus was on an ELC Breast Cancer Awareness college/university initiative. I've often wondered what that initiative/campaign would have looked like had a stronger partnership with technology existed. That said, I've been thrilled to see the cross-functional alignment of today support Mrs. Lauder's legacy. I imagine that it still brings camaraderie and positivity, but now the reach within the organization is broader.โ
