Grateful for this thoughtful and energizing conversation
I loved being a guest on the En Factor Podcast with Dr. White. She created such a welcoming space to have an honest conversation about what it really looks like to build a business that aligns with your values and strengths. This episode is so close to my heart because it reflects the journey so many entrepreneurs go through, one that often requires letting go in order to grow. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to share my story and hope it inspires other business owners to step into their zone of genius.
Internal Accountability | a Powerful Refrane
I appreciate hearing this purview on ways to work with our inner experience. So much of what is running this world is the unexamined inner landscape of humans, especially leaders. I say that mostly because if you are leading others, you have control over others in a way that many don’t totally see or appreciate. I teach and talk about neutral observation and I will absolutely leverage your take. My mission is to help people find their awareness of their sovereignty. Internal accountability and clear compassion are great tools to assist. Thank you! I will definitely be sharing this episode!

Listen. I am a leadership trainer, I am steeped in leadership coaching and have listened to a lot of podcasts, almost too many. This one stands out above others precisely because it is natural, free flowing, and Kerry has a style that embodies resonance and results. Every podcast is chock full of strategy, story, and simple steps you can take. Kerry is an excellent interviewer AND a CEO that stands for leadership principles I value, coach, and teach. A must listen to.
